Good sales experience. Bad customer experience. They locked us out of the parking and made us walk out a one way ramp made for cars. A car almost hit us. Reporting this to the city.nnUpdate: I have made the report to the city. The employee closing the door on Tuesday night should be fired for putting clients at risk.
Unfortunately, my experience at this Best Buy location was disappointing on multiple fronts. I spent over $400 in the store, and yet every basic request—from a simple shopping bag to questions about return policies—was met with cold, transactional responses.nnCustomer service? Practically non-existent. The staff made no effort to assist beyond repeating company policies. When I asked about a bag for my purchase, the response was simply, “You have to pay.” Not a thank you, not even a polite explanation. I get that plastic bags are no longer free, but the delivery matters. I just dropped a few hundred dollars—you’d think some level of service would come with it.nnWarranty? Only 30 days. Want more protection? That’ll be another $80. They push it like it’s standard, but it feels more like upselling than customer care.nnHeadphones return policy is ridiculous. I purchased the Beats Studio Pro and wasn’t allowed to try them in-store to check fit or sound quality. If they don’t fit right or sound good, too bad—returns are only accepted if the product is defective. That means you’re expected to gamble $400+ on something you can’t test or return unless it’s broken. This is 2025, not 1995. No try, no refund? Makes no sense.nnAnd lastly, the general attitude of the staff—especially at the cashier—was completely indifferent. No greeting, no smile, no thank you. Just a dead stare and robotic responses. It genuinely felt like my presence there was an inconvenience.nnOverall, this store operates with the bare minimum of effort and a maximum of indifference. You’re better off shopping online or at another retailer that actually values customers.

Terrible customer service : 13 Aug 2025,1845 hrs. Went to buy a printer and there is absolutely no one to see the customer or help. Bunch of staff are laughing and playing & when asked for support they just said its not their job and find someone else. Reached out to customer service desk and they said , find some staff! At last after asking many staff , we found one to help. This store offers the worst customer service and its always preferred to avoid. You wont get any suggestions or product help! Please avoid!
