Worst Best Buy. I got followed around with the most obvious “can I help you and can I hold your items for you” the guy followed me all the way to the cashier and stood there. It was so blatant he didn’t trust me that I wanted to laugh. The cashier interaction was just as bad with a cold disinterested in action passive hostile attitude which they think you are a nuisance.
I was there yesterday and I couldn’t find what I was looking for, I asked the girl at the front door who kind of just says hello, she was very nice and did her best to help me find a product, she accompany me to where I was supposed to go, then,the guy at the cell phone section was trying to do a price matching, he asked a colleague with more experience because he wasn’t too sure, all of this took a while but people were nice and helpful so I was OK with it. Then they brought me to the customer service counter wear a blond girl with large glasses start of the conversation but saying that someone else will have to take care of me because she had to go for lunch. When she realized that she was stuck with me, she said that price matching only works with items you can find online. It was just a very long and annoyingly disappointing experience. If it is true, it is a bad policy, but it definitely was a terrible employee.
The people in there always look at you especially if ur young they will always follow you.They look at you like ur gonna steal but ur just looking so 1 stars on this best buy.
I saw the worst service in Canada today by Carol at the store and I hope the store management will deal with this rude employee.nExactly, my experience was with one of your team members named Carol, who did not fulfill the meaning of correct service and keeping the order. I hope the management of this branch reconsiders the mentioned training
Today in the morning at 10:00am I went in there all the staff really nice respectful people and the service is not good.nnThere is a supervisor today that henwas very rude and very ugly to say that today I am here the supervisor get out of the store. When I told him that my printer Machin has small problem that not contact to the internet, there is no need to convert it, but he quickly said that I don't want to, I will convert it changing for a new one, it was interesting to me, but I didn't want to argue with him, I said it is true. This is the first time I have seen such a selfish person in a good company like Best Buy.
