Best Buy

I went in looking for a laptop for school. They didn't have the model I wanted in stock new, so they told me about the open box. I looked at it and they assured me Geek Squad checked it out. The battery failed after 2 days. I drove back (a 30 minute drive one way) and hoped they'd fix it. Nope, but they gave me a refund. I wasn't super happy but oh well, let's try again. One of the salesmen pointed out the Lenovo Yoga 720 to me and told me how fast it was. After purchasing one, I got home and it's slow as a damn snail. It was cheaper than my first laptop, but I never got my $100 refund. People were nice, but this is total bull.

Staff was very informative. We got all the help we needed when trying to solve our internet issues and great advise on choosing a new TV. There is still something to be said about going to a store than ordering on line.

Used the Geek Squad to inspect my computer that had been remotely accessed. Everyone was very nice and helpful.
