I recently purchased a washer and dryer from Best Buy, and while the in-store experience was great, the installation process was a nightmare. Dustie, the store associate who assisted me, was knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. However, the company Best Buy contracts for installation caused major issues.nnThe installers claimed I had the wrong parts and instructed me to go back to Best Buy for an exchange and to schedule another appointment. When I went to the store, I was told the installers hadn’t made an entry, and instead of resolving the issue, a Best Buy employee gave me an address where I could supposedly find them. After waiting 45 minutes at the location with no sign of them, I called customer service—only to be told that it was highly unethical for the employee to send me there in the first place.nnCustomer service escalated the issue to the store manager and rescheduled my installation. I was promised a call from the installers to confirm a time, but instead, I was blindsided when they just showed up at my house. I was 10 minutes away, and they agreed to wait—but when I arrived in eight minutes, they were already gone. Once again, customer service acknowledged that this shouldn’t have happened.nnAt this point, I had missed work, wasted time driving in terrible winter conditions, and was beyond frustrated. Despite multiple promises that the store manager would call me to address the situation, that never happened. In the end, I even went to the store to talk to the store manager myself to let them know about my experience and they can ensure it doesn’t happen again.nnI chose to buy from Best Buy specifically for the installation service, but this experience was nothing short of a disaster. Given how poorly this was handled, I would be very hesitant to shop here again.nnI am leaving this review here, so hopefully someone sees it and try to make the experience better for other people and hopefully others don’t have to go through what I had to.
I am very disappointed and upset. I bought a Dyson from this store and it was brokennnI spent time and gas to come and order it then pick it up and now I have to cry because it's broken and I need to take it back.nnAnd no one wants to compensate for my morale, my time and the gasoline I spent.
I’ve been a loyal customer for some time now, but lately, I’ve had some concerning experiences with your customer service. I’ve noticed that some of your staff members have been rude, racist and, unfortunately, I’ve felt uncomfortable due to personal hygiene issues. While I understand that everyone has their personal lives, as a customer, I expect a certain level of professionalism, both in attitude and hygiene.nnCustomer service is a crucial aspect of any business, and I hope you can address these concerns to ensure a more positive experience for future customers. I used to have great interactions with your team, but it’s been difficult to continue with that same level of satisfaction recently.
I went to this best buy last week and it was an amazing experience there. Since a long time i wanted to buy PS 5 but due to some financial problems i was not able to buy that but when i visited best buy there was very polite and cooperative employee Diksha and she was so good to me and she briefly explained me all the functions and minor details of PS 5 which i was also not aware of that. It was a tremendous experience with Diksha at Best Buy. In future as well i will definitely buy something from here only.
Horrible place. Buy either from Amazon or better yet a local mom and pop shop.nThis is what I received from their online store and can’t exchange it for some reason. To top it off there’s nobody to help you get this issue resolved. All they do is give you a run around. Knock knock we don’t have all day to sit on the phone with you people we have jobs
