Went to Best Buy to take advantage of their summer phone sale. Sanu and Izzy were really great to deal with. They were kind and explained everything thoroughly. All the good things!! No bad vibes from either of them. I appreciate their help.
I was having a poor experience with an associate who was eager to move on from me and my daughters , making us feel like it was our fault that items were left on the wrong price shelf.nnViolet took over the situation, very professional, accurate and with welcoming smile Fixed our issue.nnKudos for Violet who represents this company well. Would give more then 5 stars if we could.
I’m at the West Edmonton Geek Squad location. It was my good fortune to have Hannah look after me. With my particular issue, she could have justifiably offered a quick “Can’t help”. But Hannah saw a customer with a problem they couldn’t solve.nShe showed expertise, compassion and resolve in assisting. While the resolution couldn’t be had today, I’ll be back with the new turbo hub Hannah recommended and am very confident her talents together with the new hardware will send me away a most happy guy.
Very recently went with my Granddaughter as she was buying a laptop for university. She had really done her homework and knew what she wanted. After a go around with different products she settled in the one she felt best suited her needs. Apart from some being out of stock the one she decided on was on sale. The sale was over but as they had left the sale price posted they honoured it. All was ok until she declined the warranty. The pressure was full on from the sales clerk and when we again and again said no, she extremely agitated and angry that we didn't take it. I won't go there again.
I buy meta quest 3s last december 2024 as a gift for our son, then last night it slip in my son hand one of the controller and it crack, but this is meant to be to enjoy and plus the game,the guy said it was cover 1year manufacture warranty,not mentioned that I need to get protection plan.When I called the customer service its only 90 days coverage, what a nightmare, not a manufacture warranty and sounds like blaming me for not getting a protection plan..its only 5 months,not even close. Terrible store,pleas buy somewhere somewhere else,.worsttt experience..Proff that purchased..Look at your customer service responds..what a experienced..
