Conveniently located and meets our needs. We either order online or know what we want, purchase, and leave without any problems. The brief interactions with staff have been positive. There are some good deals throughout the year. There's a lot of parking, especially underground. Surface parking is more challenging but not necessary. There are also other stores around if you need to do any shopping, including Boston Pizza on the ground level.
I was very happy to see best buy is in the area but this store is useless to me and Best buy is off my shopping list forever. Reasons 1 I was missold a policy without checking if I needed it and asking me sign the contract when I bought a printer from them. Best buy has been charging me ¢23 per month for an year and there are no options to get out. 2 ordered kids games ,never delivered by Purolator and team calls me to come in to the store to collect the refund or sort the issue. When I got there was passed from one person to another without being helpful. I had to leave the store upset wasting nearly an hour. But no one apologised. I feel like was robbed in daylight of my money and my precious time.nnI wish the whole team focus on customer service and improving communication skills going forward. Hope it does not go unheard.
Waiting for 20 minutes to talk about a laptop with no one available is definitely frustrating. It's especially annoying when you're looking for advice on options and financing. Good customer service is key in situations like this, and when it's lacking, it can really put a damper on the whole shopping experience. It's a reminder to maybe consider other stores next time that value their customers' time a bit more.
I wanted to get new numbers and phone on Boxing Day, went there to ask a simple, quick question, their employee asked me very rudely to wait in line, waited over 3 hours in line, they didn’t have better plane than phone shop in super store and they claimed guaranteed low price, any how I went to their manager and simply shared my experience and feedback and asked to have some sort of written deals on board so people don’t wait that long,nwow the manager was very uneducated and very un experienced, instead of listening to feedback he showed me his angry face and told me to leave, for a second I thought I am back in Middle East, I like Best Buy but feel bad for them to having a manager like him.
Went there around 6pm March 29, 2024, head to the cashier to purchase a Beats Over-Ear Noise Cancelling Headphones.nThe cashier Rodrigo was clueless and had no clue what he is talking about. He headed to the beats headphones section and came back to the cashier and said it's sold out and only the pink one is left different name. I showed him the price tag and he gave me a different answer and the amount.nnLater, he told me to go back there, and he will get someone to assist me there. No one show came and left 10mins after.nnClearly, he doesn't know what he's doing, and I wasted my time at the store.nnPoor customer service and I won't be coming back. Head to Costco, better service and the worker knows what they are doing.
