Hello! We were here looking to get a Lenovo laptop but no one was in the area to help us. We went to the desk near Bosch where a staff was helping an elderly couple and he said he would help us get someone, but we were still left unattended. I tried waving my hands around but there was just no staff around. Hoping this would get noticed, thank you :

Best Buy “nothing” experience - if you do not have the inventory, why there are still emptied boxes at the shelves with discount? It was terrible to walk out the store with disappointing kids.
