I recently visited this location to buy a laptop and I had a very good experience. The person who helped us was Reza and also his manager was Mahdi. They were super amazing in terms of being patient and helping us decide what to do.nnThe store overall is a very big store and it has almost anything you might need in terms of tech and accessories. The staff is also super friendly and nice.
Would give 0 stars if I could. Cancelled order that was to be sent by Best Buy Marketplace..Order was cancelled on July 11 two days after placing order. The order was still billed to my credit card even though it was cancelled. Product was ordered to be shipped to my home address but somehow was shipped to one of the Best Buy locations. I repeat I was billed but never received the order. I have been calling since July 11 to have the credit put on my account.nBest Buy Marketplace acknowledges that the store has the product but still will not issue me a credit.nEach time I call I am told they will escalate to have the product returned to the seller. I have called at least four times and am told the same thing. I have spent countless hours on the phone to handle this. How can they bill me for something that was not received by me??? I have been promised calls back by a manager three times with no call back.
Love the team at the front of the cell phone counter. Robert was very patient and helpful with our requests regarding a new phone and was quick to jump on any questions we had for him. The visit to the store was in the middle of a hectic day and the staff made it a breath of fresh air. Much appreciated!
Very disappointed in the service I went to the store to see why my laptop was slow. I got it fixed bring it home it does start the next day bring it in they say my motherboard is broken. Ruined my laptop and something was loose inside. I have school and work have no computer for at least two weeks. Called best buy customer service they told me to call geek squad lady on phone said they will call me right away, one hour past and still nobody has called. Laptop is costs about two thousand.
The staff here are very helpful. They give good advice and never try to oversell. I just had my laptop in at GeekSquad b/c I had problems with an update, and they got my laptop issues resolved very quickly and with a smile. Highly recommend this store!
