I am on my way from Toronto to London, forgot my car charger so decided to stop at the best buy to grab one. Cheapest car charger was $25. While browsing saw a 10k mAh power Bank for the same price, since I needed one anyway and the same price I figured I have charger at home so this will solve both problems. Get to the counter to pay for it and it rings up for $50 so I decided to go back the department. Met a very nice gentleman with the long hair, I did not catch his name. Long and short of it, I was told in so many words to check every tag in Best buy before you buy anything, they are not responsible for pricing in the store. And even though it's their own mistake they do not price match tags. Every person we spoke to or dealt with were very courteous and respectful. I was told to take it up with head office. We all know no one ever responds from head office. Figured this review might be warn other people, to check the tag on every product to are looking at, they would easily be trying to get over on you hoping you would not notice. Happens to me at grocery store all the time.
Archi at Best Buy Brantford was wonderful to work with. I had to do an exchange, and she made the whole process smooth and stress-free. She was very helpful, patient, and made us feel comfortable throughout. Excellent customer service — Best Buy is lucky to have her!
Tristan was amazing today with my partner and my aunt in the phone section. We originally went in to look at laptops for back to school, no luck but found an amazing deal thanks to Tristan who hooked them up with even more deals! He was very friendly polite, amazing face for the store and company. Treated us with dignity and overall made us feel on top of the world for getting such a steal with the phones and plans. Thank you so much for your hard work today Tristan!
We recently purchased a printer from the store. During my visit, I needed assistance and approached a few staff members. However, they seemed preoccupied, engaging in conversations among themselves, and didn't initially find the time to help. Eventually, one staff member referred me to a colleague. I got the impression that the person assisting me was new and not very familiar with the product.nnI hope the store will work on improving their customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and create a positive impression that encourages repeat visits. On a positive note, the billing staff members were efficient and handled their responsibilities well. have ample car parking and pretty good selection.
We came in to activate 2 phones. Tristan was our mobile consultant. He was fast, efficient and honest on his feedback about plans and phones. It made us feel very confident about dealing with Best buy. We were at the mall across the street and my wife was not happy with their booth salesman so it was nice for her to feel comfortable. There was a bit of a hiccup on promos getting applied to the plans but he assured if it didn't show up to come back and see him personally. Overall it was a great experience he was not pushy but he informed us of all of our options while managing some other deals going on it was perfect. Thank you Tristan I will send friends and family in Brantford to come see you for their mobile needs!! Keep it up!!
