I strongly advise against buying from this BestBuy branch. The staff here are extremely rude and unhelpful. There is no proper customer service at all. On top of that, BestBuy now sells many products through third-party marketplace sellers, and when there are any issues, they take no responsibility and simply tell you, “We don’t do anything on this one.”nnI went to the store to resolve a problem and was treated very poorly, the staff had no interest in helping and behaved in an unprofessional and disrespectful way. They made no effort to support me or provide a solution.
Poor Customer Service Experience, I was planning to purchase an iPhone and visited the store for more information. I approached multiple customer service representatives, but none were willing to spare even two minutes to assist me. Most appeared disengaged, simply staring at their laptops while ignoring customers.nnWith this kind of attitude, Staff is pushing customers away from Best Buy. I strongly urge the management to consider hiring more attentive and customer-focused staff
Went to geek squad tonight and had trouble with my log in and membership. I received top notch customer service from Armin and gentlemen with a beard /black sweater. I love Best Buy and specifically this location for the always pleasent/knowledgeable help I always get !

Frustrating Experience with Stock Availability at Best BuynnI recently visited Best Buy and had a very disappointing experience. The staff, including the Apple representatives, were unsure about stock availability, and I had to wait in line for over 30 minutes just to find out whether the product I was looking for was in stock. It was frustrating, and the lack of communication made the whole process feel like a waste of time. If items are sold out, it would be helpful if that information was advertised clearly, so customers don’t waste their time coming in. A better system for checking stock availability is definitely needed.
