Went to Best Buy this morning to return an online order. The store is very clean. It was first thing in the morning, so there was no waiting for customer service. The return process was quick and easy. Thank you
I had such an amazing experience with Mel from the mobile phone section today. Though I didn't end up walking out with a phone today, she had answered all of my questions, she was so friendly, and super knowledgeable! She gave me all the options she could give me, to help me get a phone. There was alot of construction going on, but that didn't stop her from making sure she did everything in her power to help me out. I hope she reads this or someone tells her, because I would 100% go back to see her with anything I may need in that department!
Too busy upselling and not meeting customer’s needs!nWe waited well over an hour to talk to someone about buying an iPhone 15. We knew exactly what we wanted. Meanwhile, plenty of employees were wandering around with nothing to do. After finally talking to a salesperson, he announced it would take another 45 minutes to set up the phone. He never set it up but just gave a sales pitch trying to sell stuff we didn’t want. He did NOT set up the phone. We would have to line up at the Geek Squad where there was another long line up to have them set it up for an additional fee. After more than 2 hours and spending well over a $1,000, we left with the phone still in the box and not usable. We could just have taken it off the shelf and paid for it. What a waste of our time. When we got home we needed an adapter to be able to charge the phone which we did not have. What a useless waste of time this experience at Best Buy has been. Next time we’ll go elsewhere for our phones.
This review is based on our experience of their online store and is NOT a reflection of Orangeville’s store. LESSON WE LEARNED: when one receives appliances, ALWAYS remove the packing material and inspect the units. We discovered structural damage to our fridge… CAUSED BY THE MANUFACTURER. Delivery staff & store did NOT cause it. Yes, we already contacted customer service. No, the manufacturer will NOT offer compensation. Pity!
Wow I'm standing in line to pick up my mobile order for over half an hour I would be out by now if I just came in and bought it isn't the whole point of mobile ordering to make it more faaaaasster! This is the first time I ordered online and maybe the last time!nI can literally see plenty of best buy employees standing around doing nothing while I continue to wait in the mobile line and by I mean only me in line I'm stuck in this line because I already prepaid
