Went in yesterday evening and not a single associate said hello or acknowledged my presence. It was not even that busy considering it is the Xmas shopping season. I asked an associate to point out ipod charging docks and he pointed to a shelf across the floor. I asked him., "you are not even going to walk me over to it?" He responded, "no." Very bad customer service. I do not remember the name on the associates badge but he was a large red-headed adolescent with glasses. I will not come back. It wasn't just bad service it was borderline ridiculous. This is what happens when your young employees are not trained well and not adequately supervised.

This store needs more competent staff in sales. They sell without forethought and items that are not compatible. It has taken me several trips to the store to have a printer hooked up with additional cost for the appropriate cable plus additional cost to hook up the printer to the mini Mac. An expense I would prefer to avoid had they sold me a compatible printer. But that may be their approach for extra sales. Not cool. Definitely would not recommend.

The staff here are completely useless. They stand around talking to each other like they are busy while you wait to be helped. They should just do like future shop and go out of business

Busy busy busy busy! LoL But what do you expect for December 27th? 🤗 Had what I needed in store. The only complaint I have is the location and design of the store. The location is stupid and hidden from the main road in Orangeville. The design of that store sucks too, poorly laid out floor plan with little to no walking room. Cash and customer returns are in an odd spot.
