Best Buy

I love the help I get at Best Buy. The staff has really upped their game in the last couple of years, and it shows. Competent, helpful, and they go out of their way to make sure your shopping experience is a good one.

This best buy like most best buys, is higher in price than most other stores, but the quality of the product is usually greater as well depending on the item. These guys are ready to help you if ever and whenever you need it. So if you don't mind paying a bit more, or finding something found nowhere else, except online. this place is for you.

I find everything I want there when it comes to electronics. Good customer service. Very important to me.

The employees here are always helpful and attentive, but not TOO attentive that they are annoying, and knowledgeable too. The store is always well maintained and neat and as a professional I appreciate being able to actually see and try things before I buy them, for the items I need that they have. It is so great to have a Best Buy in our town. I know this store has no control over it, but I simply don't understand why check out has to be so cumbersome with Best Buy... phone number, verify address, service plan?, Best Buy card today?, blah, blah. I just want to make my purchase. Store 5 stars. Best Buy corporate 2 stars.

Not very happy with the service, I have been trying to call them for over three weeks and could never get through to someone actually at that store location. So I finally went in with my young children to talk to someone about a defective car starter issue that was installed there. I then find out their car person is on medical leave for over a month and they have no backup person so I am instructed to go all the way up to Duluth which is a long trip for me especially with young children. They should have someone on standby when someone is going to be leaving a department for that long time
