I used to recommend Best Buy to everyone, but my recent Geek Squad visit near the end of December changed that. They made my computer setup worse, the wait was excessive, and I’m missing one of my charging cubes afterward.nnTo top it off, I was seated at a designated desk waiting for help, and the staff member assisting me stopped mid-appointment to help another customer. The store itself is nice, but the service was disorganized, frustrating and just a TERRIBLE experience. I left with more problems than I started with.
I went to Best Buy today to look for a television and received absolutely fantastic service. I was helped by three people who were knowledgeable, patient thoughtful, and excellent at guiding me to making the right purchase. It was like being back in the 1950s when people really cared about the customer. I can’t remember the last time I have felt so taken care of and I’m delighted with what I ended up taking home. If I didn’t know better, I would have thought that they owned the company. Many many thanks Best Buy. I will be a loyal customer from here on in.
Customer service at this location is terrible. Got Beats headphones for Xmas with receipt and because you have to open the box which is sealed to look at the headset, they refused to return it since it was too small for my head. How else are you going to see if the headset fits if you don’t open the box?? Stupid policy!! Lesson learned. Only buy from Amazon with great policy no questions asked. These stores will shut down soon due to crappy customer service. Instead of pushing the item back in a customer’s face without listening and having a manager come to give me a credit only, made me never want to come back and buy from here again.
Shopping for a tv with al the new tech can be a bit scary... but the vendor reps and the blue shirt sales staff were awesome, explained everything, answered all my questions and made my decision easier. Thanks to Mafuzul Samsung rep and Ali best buy sales for helping make my shopping experience easy and fun.
I had a fantastic experience at this Best Buy location thanks to Sylvia and the manager, Ryan. Sylvia was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and made sure I got the best deal possible by assisting with a price match. Ryan was also amazing to deal with—he was professional, supportive, and made the whole transaction seamless. It's rare to find this level of customer service these days. I’m thrilled with my purchase and will definitely be coming back to this store!
