Awesome customer service! Price matching is on point also. Went in 3 days after a purchase showing a sale at the competitions store..without question the employee made it right and off I went with more than I initially paid for.

Absolutely horrible. I read the one-star reviews and most of them happened to me at Best Buy too! I wonder if they don't have an employer investigating user feedback and contacting store manager about what the heck is happening with them. I too showed up here at Olympic Village location, knowing what I was gonna get. I was gonna get $414 worth technological devices and chose Best Buy to buy from, among other options. I was gonna get in, grab the item, pay and go out, that simple. It was a weekend afternoon, and AMAZINGLY there seemed to be no workers around. So I located my items myself. It was locked into a glass drawer, so I needed help from someone to unlock. THERE WERE NO ONE AROUND! I walked around the store, saw 5-6 workers chilling and chatting around a counter behind a wall, avoiding all customers. I approached to the closest one. I said that I was gonna buy product X, it's locked, and asked if he could help me. He didn't come right away. Told me to go to the isle and someone will be with me shortly. So I went back to where the item was. Started waiting. I was looking at similar products etc, but not even moving from where I was standing. After waiting for a good 5 minutes, I looked around, there were still no workers. I went back to where they were; THEY WERE STILL THERE; CHILLING AND CHATTING! I immediately decided not to buy anymore, walked out of the store without talking to anyone about anything else. The store was gonna make $414 in 2 minutes, and they lost it forever. Adding up with other incidents that I had in multiple branches of Best Buy, I don't think that I will ever spend a penny here. If Best Buy doesn't wanna go bankrupt in a few years, they better fix their workers. Their staff are lazy, unskilled and rude. They are causing their customers to go away and find new favourite stores/services.

I have to say thank you to the customer service team. I bought a couple items that I really thought I would like but turned out to be a bit let down by. I wasn’t expecting to be able to return all the items as one of them was opened and technically not allowed to be returned however they made a special exception as I only had the item for one night and have bought and never returned many other items. Great staff and good service.

Good location and friendly staff. Easy to get to by transit, but not so easy to find parking if you are driving. Good selection of electronics. Ability to order online and pick up from this location is very convenient.

It's a Best Buy, not a lot to say about it. The store itself is gigantic, it has a good photography section, the staff is helpful. Pricewise, all Best Buys are the same ... depending on what you're getting, make sure you do your homework on the alternative usual suspects. Geek protection is useless unless you're buying an expensive device. The store is located near other big home chain stores, which makes it easy to visit them all at once to make an informed buy.
