I love the huge selection of computers, tvs, sound systems, games, laptops, ebikes and so much more. Now that it is summer the ebikes are really popular in Richmond!
I recently visited the TV section to buy a universal remote and Max in that department provided exceptional customer service. He took the time to help me find the right product and explained everything clearly. Even did the installation. Very friendly, patient and professional. Super service really appreciated his support!
Shout to Karson at the best buy billing counter! Greeted warmly on the way in, helped me grab a smeg appliance. The thoughtful part was the offer to cover the appliance in a bag, knowing it's raining outside, since he learnt from our conversation that it was a gift for someone. Kudos, and keep up the good work!
My mother tried to buy a microwave here. Several staff just walked around us doing something else. After about 10 minutes we went over to ask for help and they said basically that is all they have. Asked them to call an appliance area worker and nobody came. The store is equipped enough and I've had okay experiences in the computer department due to an Intel worker there but don't expect much service here. Went to the one in Olympic Village instead and received attentive service. They end up with our money instead. Anyway, if you know what you want then come here but if you're a senior who doesn't have any idea I'd go to another location.
One of y’all Indian employee lies about your service. He told me the delivery is gonna take 35mins, turn out he means “his sale” is gonna take 3-5mins. Also, he only mentioned the “no-return policy” AFTER I paid the product. Now I have to wait up to 2 weeks to get the product from Courtney BC…. Maybe improve your professionalism?
