Came here during Boxing Day to pickup a monitor I had reserved. The friendly staff were happy to match the price from a competitor and there was no line and I got to see a clerk right away. Great location and store!
So thankful for the manager Jarrod! I needed to pick up an item for my mom who was leaving the next day and couldn’t pick it up. Went above and beyond to help me pick up the order under my mom’s name even though I wasn’t supposed to be able to pick it up. Confirmed the addresses emails and order over the phone to allow me to pick up the order. Big respect to him and whoever trained him for being patient and understanding in helping me out! Will definitely be purchasing from this branch more frequently
I came with my daughter to buy a Polaroid Mini for her birthday, she kept coming to the store for a month to look at it and it cost 59.99 cad, when I finally saved up the money it turns out that the camera in the ad does not correspond to the one on display and the one in the ad is not in stock, so it seems to me that it is misleading advertising, it is impossible that among the many workers who have it none is concerned about checking that the prices correspond to what is displayed, Plop !!!!! definitely what a bad experience
Ordered a Geek Squad phone and case. Courier told me they couldn't deliver to my address. I contacted Best Buy to update my delivery address to the local courier pick-up business. They said it would take 24 hours. 6.5 days later, the address still wasn't updated, so I contacted Best Buy to request a follow-up on updating the delivery address. They said to just continue waiting. I asked to speak with the employee's supervisor, who also said to just continue waiting. I was asked to leave a review of my support chat, and I left a negative review. The next morning, my order for the case was canceled, and my phone was shipped back to Best Buy. No explanation was provided. I emailed the Best Buy ethics address, and there has been no response.
Phone plans are totally Ripp off here. They make you focus on Gift cards and sell you expensive plans. I will recommend that please go to other stores for better plans. Not wanting to drop Name here but one of the salespeople in the phone area gave us terrible service. Gift cards don't make plans great.
