I had not been to Best Buy in a long time. I must say that my visit was refreshing and enjoyable. I was greeted shortly upon entry and asked what area I needed help with. A Geek Squad employee referred me straight away to another employee whom he recommended as quite knowledgeable. He was right! Arromal took time to explain all my options. He was patient and actively listened to my requirements including the budget that I had set. I purchased a TV that was perfect for my needs. The experience saved me time and money. The best part....I was able to set it up myself. It ended up being the bedt and SMARTEST TV that I have ever owned. Thank you and kudos to your staff!
I went to Best Buy to exchange my Pixel Watch 5 and was assisted by Brock at the customer service desk. He was so cool, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. He made everything easy and stress-free, and his positive attitude really stood out. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I came in at 7:55 thinking that the store close at 9 when it closed at 8 and despite it being time for the employees to go home manny, and brock gave us the best customer service I’ve ever received. I purchased a new laptop from the Cambridge Best Buy on November 5, 2025, & wanted to recognize Sehbu for the outstanding customer service he provided.nWithin less than 2 minutes from my entrance to the store, Sehbu politely greeted me and inquired how he could help. Once I explained how I would primarily be utilizing the laptop both taking - and teaching - online classes, Sehbu researched the best fit and price point for me, also explaining without hard-selling the advantages of Best Buy's warranties, Geek Squad services, etc.nThanks to Sehbu's informative, professional service, I saw no reason to shop elsewhere; I purchased a laptop that evening that perfectly corresponds to my needs.
