Mr. Mubarak was extremely patient, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process.nHe provided honest advice, went the extra mile, and made sure I received the best possible options and latest offers—even things I didn’t ask about or wasn’t aware of. His goal was clearly to ensure the customer is completely satisfied, not just to make a sale.nThis level of service is rare. I keep coming back specifically because of the outstanding management and team, led by Manager Josh.nnThe team here consistently goes above and beyond. Whatever I ask for, as long as it is within policy, they genuinely try to find the best possible solution — and very often they exceed expectations. A great example was my first-ever price match experience. At another store, I was told the price match would depend on the price at the time of delivery, several days later, which felt very risky. At this Best Buy, there was no hesitation — the price match was confirmed and completed the same day, without unnecessary complications.nnWhat impressed me even more is that the team stayed with me over 45 minutes after closing time to finalize the purchase and make sure everything was done properly. That level of dedication is rare.nnDespite my credit score not being perfect at the time, they helped me open a financing plan of around $4,000 with equal monthly payments. This made it possible for me to buy important items for my family in a responsible way, and I truly appreciate that trust and support.nnThe communication style of the manager and his team is respectful, honest, and genuinely human. You never feel rushed or pressured. If a team member doesn’t have personal experience with a product, they will actively find someone who does, so you receive realistic and honest advice — not just a sales pitch. I experienced this firsthand when purchasing a complex driving setup Logitech G29, and the guidance was perfectly aligned with my budget and needs, especially during Black Friday deals.nnI highly recommend this store. If you live nearby, go there first and speak with the manager — you will be in good hands. I have never left a review a review before but I must say that my experience at Best Buy a couple days ago was exceptional enough for me to leave one.nnI was having trouble choosing a gift for my daughter, and one of the checkout attendantsI believe her name was Safia was fantastic. She advised some headphone options and explained the policies behind them, as well as which ones were the best sellers.nnThanks to her my daughter loved my gift and she was so happy! This was honestly such a great experience.
Thank you Daya!! My new refurbished Dell computer had been purchased elsewhere and was simply missing a tiny internal screw to hold down the motherboard. Daya was so exceptionally kind to find a spare screw in the lab and replace it for me at no charge. Service like this use to be commonplace but has become so rare. I value it tremendously and will be returning/recommending Geek Squad in the future.
I visited BestBuy four days ago and was generally satisfied. The staff were very helpful, asking several times if I needed assistance, which is always nice. The store had a great atmosphere: everyone was smiling and attentive. The product selection was also decent, everything was clear and well-organized.nnHowever, there were two downsides. First, I came to look at LED strips, but the selection was very limited. Second, I was disappointed by the lack of cameras – there were only two, which didn’t meet my expectations. It would be great if the items displayed matched what was advertised.nnOther than that, the store is great: I picked out a monitor, and I liked that I could touch and check everything. The prices are reasonable too. If it weren’t for the lack of stock, I would have rated it five stars, but for now
