All types of electronics are found there. If you prefer in-store shopping, it's better to check online whether the certain product is available at store or not. Best Buy delivers product to your home usually via FedEx & they charge you for the service. On Black Friday, you need to stand in a very long queue to just talk to an associate or to purchase a product & it will take hours. They do price match.
Visited here to look for a new laptop. I wasn't planning on buying just yet but I wanted to talk with the staff to learn what I need based on my use. The younger girl with glasses working in the computer department was very helpful! She said the ones I was looking at were overkill. She saved me a bunch of money since in the end I went with the one she suggested several hundred cheaper than what I was initially going to buy.nThe only downside is the store doesn't have the largest selection. I ended up going to the Kitchener location to purchase.
Huge thank you to the Best Buy team who helped me update my phone and plan today! They made the process much easier than I thought it would be and were super accommodating to my many questions! Shoutout specifically to Rakshini, she provided exceptional customer service!
I went to purchase a video game today and they had 5 empty cases left of that game on the shelf, I brought one up to the front counter to exchange it for the game , they then said they are completely out of stock, so I asked the question if your out of stock , why do you have 5 empty ones on the shelf ? They then replied , that is so we can order it online... Honestly dumbest answer and reason for the emptie game cases on the shelf ... That should be what you have in stock... Plain and simple .. I am so disappointed in the customer service and the way this place is managed.
Had an issue with my computer with HDMI, spoke with 3 people and A member of the GEEK Squad there is nothing they can tell me without my computer to see.nBest Buy can sell great products, but they cannot help with a work order.nNot the place to get help!!!.
