I have recently had a similar experience as Mr Patel at this carwash. I came to wash my vehicle and after closing the garage door, I began removing some trash and the floor mats. Mr Bernie walked up to me and insisted that I wash the exterior of the vehicle. I explained that I was removing the trash, and floor mats, and was going to also wash the vehicle, but he would have none of it. Confused I began to question him. I attempted to explain what I was doing, but this only escalated the situation. He began accusing me of wasting heat, and other resources. I had no other alternative than to leave. I was in the building for less than 5 minutes; it was late in the evening and completely empty. I emphatically explained to Mr Bernie that I would not be returning to his establishment. Upon leaving he kindly opened the garage door so that I could back out. Not being able to see, I cleared the review mirror of ice. Clearly enraged at this point Mr Bernie began swearing, and instructed me to get the @#$&! out! Risking hitting someone or something, I carefully backed out. I hope whatever ailes you Mr Bernie, gets sorted out. I can't imagine many customers warming up to your kind of hospitality.
I went to this car wash, I had spent $18 washing the road salt off my truck and deck trailer. Right before I was done, I took my shovel and scraped off some of the little amount of snow left on my trailer. At this point the owner came walking towards me saying I can’t do that and if I want to remove the snow I were to use the water gun. I said I did not want to wash the deck on the trailer wood because it would turn into a skating rink. I argued that I had already spent 20$ at his car wash but he said that wasn’t true and that he knows by the minutes how much money I spent arguing and pretty much forced me to leave I have been a loyal customer of this car wash for over 10 years. Berneys car wash will no longer have my business. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
This car wash shows its actual colour Today. Today I tried to remove snow from my car, so i used a hose for 4 min for just one side to remove most of the snow. But it didn’t. Then I want to scrap lil bit and then use the hose again. But in a few sec while I am scraping snow. One guy says, " Don’t do this; use a hose to remove snow. I told him I used a hose, but it didn’t come off; that is why I am scraping. But he was the rudest person ,I ever had. His facial expression indicates me to leave this place. At the same time one more guy who wiping his car and that rude guy didn’t say to him. And rude guy also tell me that you are come here to use his heat to clean car. Cheap thinking. I am so glad because i am leaving this place in few days. I heard this is small town and nice people but it is wrong; small town, and some rude people make this town worse.
Wasn't sure what do when I got there because there wasn't anyone around. I only had $8 in change. Machine takes your money $3 at a time and $3 gets you about 2 minutes. Didn't see the change machine until I was leaving because again there wasn't anyone there. Left with a dirty car.
Love this place..... drive right in with truck and trailer. Primo set up should have one of these in every town.
