Bernard's Electrical Service And Troubleshooting

My house was wired back in the 50's and needed an upgrade badly. I looked around on the web for a couple of weeks and found Bernard's. I am glad I did! Matt came out on time, gave me a very reasonable estimate and was on the job the next morning. He finished quickly and did a great job!

This electrician was one of three who offered estimates to install my hot tub. He promised BEST (the business logo) price, BEST service, BEST finished product......only problem, he never showed up. I had big plans for the following weekend and he promised to have the job completed for that. I called him to arrange the time of his arrival.......in an hour or so.......I rushed home on Friday afternoon and waited and waited and waited. After two hours, I called and left a message and heard NOTHING back. Next day, NOTHING. Here I am two weeks later, after I placed at least three calls with messages.......NOTHING!! Save yourself a lot of frustration and disappointment and stay away from this guy. Yes, the other guys were a little more expensive, but at least they show up!!
