I really had bad service from this company in a 300$ car repair claim. I had a fender bender, my car was still drivable, I sent it to my garage for repairs and rented a car. I was told by Bernard & Fabien that the verifier would pass in a couple days. two days later, no news of the adjuster, I had to phone and I was told that he would pass the next day. He didn't show. And it went on like that for more than three weeks. I kept my rented car because I was being told they would pass the next day. Finally we cranked up a bill of more than 2000$ for the repairs and rented car. The insurance company AXA paid 1200$ but I was stuck to pay the last 800$. All that and many headeaches for a 300$ repair on my car. Keep in mind that I had to call them each time and do many follow ups. They just don't care.
