Pierre was our Realtor and did an amazing job. He went above and beyond and helped to sell the house in just a couple of weeks. Monica will find ways to steal your damage deposit even if you prove the damage was there when you moved in. Watch out!
Thieves. They love to deduct random charges off the security deposit. Will not mention it to you though, you’ll only find out when you get your deposit back a month later!
