Wasted 20 minutes of my time on a Saturday. Gates were open and lights were on but no employees anywhere. Got there at 11:45 and they were supposed to close at 12:30. I only kept stupidly waiting because the gates were fully open.
Lots of trash on the trail behind the station. There is no reason the staff cannot clean up the rubbish that has blown behind the facility and is polluting the river and narural green space behind.
Terrible service, bad experience, unprofessional staff and a very rude person greeting you at the door. Also, working hours depend on the mood of workers. We drive there 30 minutes, but gate for entrance was closed 30 minutes before work time and rude and not helpful staff doesn’t care and listen you.

Very bad experience. They close 30 minutes earlier than usual time. Old man and old lady is rude. They just want to run home from work
