Dr Hancock is by far the best practitioner I have EVER had the pleasure of sitting down with. She listens fully with compassion and care. I will forever recommend all friends and family to this practice.

I had two issues in the first 3 months of being with Berkshire Osteopathic. FYI - My insurance ONLY covers preventative care. 1. I scheduled my first appointment and I had asked for a physical (preventative care). I was charged over $200 out of pocket because it was considered and office visit to establish primary care, rather than a physical. 2. Nurse Chelsea had asked me if I wanted some lab work done for a sample that was already taken during my physical. I asked if this was considered "preventative care" and she goes: yes of course, if you get charged just give me a call my name is Chelsea. I was charged nearly $700. Gave my friend Chelsea a call and by the end of the call she was pretty much screaming at me that she would NEVER say that and that it's my fault because I should know my insurance. I told her I do know my insurance doesn't cover much, that's why I had asked. I was stuck paying the $700. Worst service ever. You call these people about their mistakes and they will FIGHT you. Since, I have switched to Dr. Aldrich and her nurse Robin and they are way better. Excellent service and very knowledgable, so I give two stars instead of one.

Needed to be seen just to get medications refilled. I had gotten out of hospital after having a stroke. Needed Blood Pressure Medication refilled. I talked With Karen set appointment and she said I needed to update insurance to reflect there office as Primary care. I called and updated insurance, I was told by insurance I could be seen by that office even thought it would not update on site right away. I talked to Karen from Berkshire Osteopathic and told her insurance would paid. Karen said that they would not see me until it updates, Never offering to call insurance. I offered to pay cash, thinking how much could it cost to get 3 medications refilled. She said to walk in there office would cost me $500.00 to be seen. At that point I said that was a crime and told them that was not right. She replied thats what we charge. ***I went to 510 North Street and was seen by a Dr. and was in and out in 30 min with no Insurance or other problems... They also listed prices and it was NOT $500.00 READ REVIEWS AND MAKE SURE YOU KNOW WHAT THE CROOKS ARE CHARGING. THERE ARE MANY GREAT DOCTORS , BUT PLACES LIKE BERKSHIRE OSTEOPATHIC SEEM TO BE OUT FOR THE MONEY AND HEALTH CARE IS AN AFTER THOUGHT!!!

dr. hancock is best doctor ever, she literally sat for almost two hours at our sons visit she is our primary care doc for our children who have autism and I have never worked with a doc who was so loving and effective in healing and so very wise and caring.all past docs were so in and out leaving us confused and without answers, we switched to the osteopathic docs and it was the best decision for our children, just wish I knew sooner.

Kristina Kisiel called me a liar on the phone and told me she didn't believe what I said because nothing like that had ever happened before. I have never dealt with anyone more unprofessional!!! She was constantly interrupting me, yelling at me and telling me I was lying! Outrageous behavior! This is what had occurred ... After many friends and acquaintances had told us about the wonderful treatment they had received from Dr. Stephen Kisiel, DO, I set up an appointment for our daughter who is dealing with functional scoliosis. On July 31, 2013 my daughter was seen by Dr. Kisiel. She had her new patient visit as well as an Osteopathic manipulation. We were very happy with the treatment! Dr. Kisiel told us to come two more times before he was going to be out of the office in August. The front desk was having a hard time fitting us in when Dr. Kisiel came out and told them to give us the appointments. The receptionist told us that she would have to look at the schedule in more detail and call us in a couple of days with the appointment times. When she called I was told that unfortunately they couldn't fit my daughter in to the schedule. I was not happy with them scheduling a new patient visit with out being able to follow up with treatments. We were told that she might be able to getting at the end of September. I asked why they waisted our time and my money when they couldn't follow through on treatment? I also told them that I would expect the previous appointment to be null and void and we could start over when they could actually fit my daughter in to the schedule. Then I was told that they didn't operate that way and they were doing the best they could. Well that might be there best, but I'm not willing to pay for mediocre service and I expected them to comp the first treatment. I was told they would call me back. Never heard from the office again until I got a bill in the mail. My insurance company paid for part of the bill, and I talk the office and told them again what I expected. I never heard back until I called them again today. Never expected to be called a lair and to be yelled at...That office lacks integrity
