How busy can they be in the front office if they can’t even respond to messages left on the voicemail system a.k.a., call screening system over a span of 3 days just to confirm an appointment cancellation? Glad I found another, more patient-centered clinic.
I had a very traumatic ankle injury. Doctor Ashley Miller did a fantastic job with my surgery & I’m so happy with my recovery. I was worried at one point I would never walk normally again but I am & so happy! Thank you so much, fantastic doctor & very kind & encouraging!
Doctor was nice, quick and helpful in my 3 experiences, receptionist is rude and condescending, and talks to you like a child if you didn’t ask the doctor absolutely everything you should have.
I personally don't think reaching an appointment mailbox is good business. What makes it worse is not getting a call back for a week. Calling again after a week and only being able to reach the appointment mailbox again. What do you think?
When we first came in we checked in for our appointment we waited 50 minutes total. And when we were finally allowed a nurse walked us in. He was rude and had no intention of being there. After he left we waited another 15 minutes, at that time we had to pick up our kids so we were urgently waiting. Another 5 minutes past and we had to leave. We said we need to leave to pick our kids up and he said we can just reschedule after near 75 minutes of waiting. Unacceptable.
I have been waiting for over 8 days to have BERKSHIRE ORTHOPEDIC schedule my MRI. I can not walk due to my pain. When I call on the phone, I receive attitude instead of compassion. No one should wait 8+ days plus JUST to find out if they can get an MRI. Highly unusual. Sloppy and unprofessional.
The people were great. It took less than three weeks to get my shoulder back to me. But I did not expect the lots of following bills. I offered to pay after each visit. And I would hear we will bill you. After 4-5 weeks I started getting bills in the mail. Now I owe 367.62. I wish I could have paid it off after each visit
I saw Dr Goodrich for a complicated wrist injury that is preventing me from performing daily activities. He informed me that no surgery was indicated. He did not recommend any therapy. He wrote that I was at 100 percent capacity!!!! I am certain that he did not hear one word I said. Seeking another more experienced MD now
what a joke! worst experience I've ever had with receptionists. after the dr. had told me I need to have surgery I went to the the lady who schedules the surgery stacy she scheduled me for 2 appointments. then they send letters with different dates. then they called the day before surgery which happens to be a different date again. told me she sent a packet of information which I never received. was told I needed a physical the day before my surgery not the day you had scheduled my appointments which is what she said she did. she didnt. I've never dealt with someone in the health field industry who was so rude and unbelievably misleading with information. she also made me appointments with my primary physician which I was NOT told about so when they came and I didn't show, I look bad and goes against the 3 strike policy. the worst experience ever. these people are supposed to improve my life by fixing my hands so I can hold my 1 year old son without the fear of dropping him. all this lady did was cause unbelievable amount of stress on not only me but my entire family. now I have one hand infected from the first surgery and the other hand apsolutley useless. and that's not even all of the BS I've dealt with. my dr., Dr Nancollas was very professional, very helpful, and even personally called me after I was home from the surgery. As for his receptionist "Stacy" very rude no people skills at all. I still do need surgery on my other hand but if I have to deal with her again I'd rather drive to springfield than get the run around with her again and then cancel my surgery the day before I have to go again because she does not give you the correct information or no information At all and that is what she gave me.
Great experience, for my husband and myself, Dr. deflect was very pleasant ,and also has our complete confidence for surgical procedures. The office receptionists were great, no complaints to offer. Continue doing a great job.
