Berkshire Health Urgent Care

I’ve been here twice and both times I got right in. My first visit I waited in the room for a test for almost an hour. Nobody reassured me that they were working on it which was annoying. I just SAT there. Feeling like I was forgotten about. The next visit was great. The doctor saw me faster than the nurse. Overall the staff is friendly and the facility is clean. I take my long wait as something that happens. I’d definitely go here again.

I would suggest going online to see wait time before you come and then reserving a slot (wait was over 3 hrs without a slot reserved). I was taken back within 15 min of my scheduled time, the LPN and NP had wonderful bedside manner and they did they best they could with time with how busy they were. Highly recommend.

While visiting in the area I went to this facility. The receptionist misspelled my name while using my ID. Then on to a Nurse Practitioner who was more into talking than listening. I told her of my medical condition which I don't think she had a clue what I was talking about. After my fuss, I later found the antibiotic prescribed was never to be used with my condition. And, I now get a huge bill, double from most places. I do not recommend this facility.

I saw a nurse practitioner for 15 minutes because I had pink eye and needed an antibiotic. Two months later I was billed $255 for the visit. When I called to ask why, they said the fee is "based on the level of service provided." Lesson learned: ALWAYS ask how much a service will cost, and when they say they don't know, LEAVE.

Best walk in clinic in the berkshires. Nice people, dr was very knowledgeable and gave great references. Only waited for an hour which is awesome in comparison to other walk ins. Won't go anywhere else! Thanks very much for your services
