Berg Ronald DDS

Berg is absolutely gentle and patient , for having anxiety I wouldn't go anywhere else to get a tooth pulled but from dr. Berg !!!

The one and only thing I liked about that office was the front office staff. The office was old and the exam rooms were old and creepy. Nothing in the exam rooms were sterile. I was having two teeth extracted and none of the tools and equipment where sterilized. Everything was out in the open and nothing was in bags showing that it was properly sterilized. I even saw instruments in Tupperware containers. When I asked Dr. Berg if the instruments were sterilized he got very defensive and nasty and told me he did not need to treat me so I did like any patient should do I got up and walked out!!! I would not recommend that place to my worst enemy. So I went to another dentist in Middletown and they were wonderful. As soon as you walked in the front door you could smell how clean it was and every instrument that was used on me was taken out of a sterile bag like the way it should be. Dr. Berg 's office reminded me of something you would see on a Halloween horror movie and that's no lie. So if you're thinking about using him as a dentist I would seriously rethink it and find somebody else in less you want an infection in your mouth...

I would not recommend this Dr. He was very RUDE to his staff in front of myself which I find to be inexcusable. When he asked a question and I tried to answer he was also rude to me. This is not a way that one should conduct a business. When he was in the middle of explaining how to care for my mouth after the extraction he received a phone call from his wife and in the middle of me talking he said "I have to take this call" and it was his wife showing him a video of his grandchild. I am sorry but that was very RUDE as well. He should have waited till he was done and then called his wife back. As far as extracting the tooth, I didn't feel anything he did knock me out completely, however upon coming to my face on both sides is swollen and very hot to the touch, I am sore where I shouldn't be sore, I have a cut lip in the front. etc... I would never use this Dr. again, I would save my money and go to a Dr. that was not rude to his staff or patients. The office staff was awesome though. Very sweet.

And my have I seen quite a few! He was courteous and calming. Very informative, and helpful. Only surgeon I've seen where the next day I was in NO pain after a double extraction! I highly recommend this Dr!

I have a lot of anxiety about going to dentists and doctor berg was able to set my mind at ease relaxed and calm. if I lived in florida or california or anywhere in between I would go to doctor berg just use the him. there is no longer any meaning to the phrase "like pulling teeth". the experience was so moving that living two wisdom teeth that needed to come out , in constantpain for several months I hugged him and started tearing up in gratitude.
