Update 2: Okay, final updated opinion: the breakfast is where it's at for Berc's! The traditional breakfast is an absolute steal for the price. Lots of food, super delicious home fries get them with the onions and the meal is comparable to other restaurants but at a much better price. Update 1: Went again today and knew I had to edit this review because our waitress was so delightful. Super attentive and it was very funny and sweet the way she joked with my grandparents and I. We loved her! First time I ate there I got a chicken salad sandwich and it was fine but disappointing. Expected nice bread but got the equivalent of Wonderbread. Heard everyone saying their hamburgers are the best so had that my second time and it was good. Fries are very good. Went for the third time and got tacos. Rather small and nothing special, but good. Had cheesecake for dessert and really enjoyed it. My main complaint is the lack of atmosphere. The outside of the building is so dark it doesn't stand out or look inviting and the inside isn't very nice to look at either. Also the menus always have a bunch of items crossed out. Overall, consistently great service, good food, but no creativity on the menu, and needs redecorating.
Best burger I’ve had since coming to New Brunswick. Perfect smash burger. Amazing taste. Excellent texture. Perfect feel. Their pies looked amazing too I can wait to try!
I got the scallops and fries, they were just ok. Batter was a little soggy, scallops were quite good. My daughter got 1pc fish n chips. Solid. I didn't try my mom's sirloin tips, but she says they were tasty but not amazing. Overall, the value here was great, but you get what you pay for. Staff were great and service was fast. I wouldn't take my wife here, but I'd go back for breakfast or a quick fast food bite.
Food was delicious. Prices were great. Didn't get pictures because I was too busy eating it. I got a poutine with beef added. 14 dollars and lots of beef and crispy fries with curd cheese. Filling and sooo good. Boss got a fish burger platter. Had 2 decent size pieces of fish on it and crispy delicious fries. Co worker got a hamburger platter. Burger was big and juicy. Very good. Fries were crispy and great again.
A little slow getting our food after ordering. The waitress explained, BEFORE we ordered , that the big rush had just started and they also had just received 6 phone orders. We elected to stay and had our food in 40 minutes . It was worth the wait !Food: 5/5

It was awesome . The service was to best I ever had . The waitress was very friendly and attentive. The food was really good and filling . I would recommend it and will recommend it to everyone. Thank you for a great experience and we will be back soon .
