Stay Away from this 24 hour shop Most of the techs are not even licensed. My sister brought her Hyundai entourage in for a broken serpentine belt and ended up with a alternator n battery at a time of 820.00. we just change the battery n alternator at different times with in a 3 month period. I ask for the old parts ,so I can send it back for testing /warranty. They said it went back for core. But yet there is whole bunch of old batteries and alternator n starters outside of first bay where parts are delivered. I don't like being lied to by a dishonest garage. Bentos will be getting a small claims action shortly . Upselling / Recommending parts not needed. Bad business practices

Great experience every time. I seem to be a magnet for tire punctures and this place has provided consistent quality repair. Fair prices and quick service. The fact that they never close makes it so convenient.

had a flat tire around 9PM on a Wednesday and they are the only shop that is still open. spent only 20 minutes in the shop for whole thing and about 35 after tax for the fix. do note to repairer to check for tires first. my first encounter with flat tire and didn't know how to properly check which one(s) is leaking. the repairer simply asked me which tire and went on to removing it. luckily i got it right

I've worked in 3 shops as a service advisor, and critically dropped my car(s) off at many different garages in Toronto. I'm 3 for 3 at Bentos. Both minor (tires, oil changes) and major (re & re transmission), all reasonably priced and really fast. Old school place, but highly recommend.

The only thing this place has going for it is it’s open 24 hours. Due to proximity and time, I’ve used them on multiple occasions for convenience - oil change, tires, alternator, etc - and I can confirm they have no customer service, poor product knowledge and I fear the quality of their work. Confirming I will never go back nor should you.
