"Big Rock Camp's here for your fishing and relaxing experience. Our 4 fully equipped house keeping cottages, each with screened in porches, include Satellite television and WIFI. Nightly cottage rentals available for those looking for accommodations in the area.Our treed campground includes fire pits with firewood for sale at camp. Sites are 30 amp electric with a few water sites and a central shower house with potable water. Sorry no sites with sewer but there's a dump station and also a small coin laundry area in the log house where there's a common area for guest use.Want to fish, hunt morels, swim, enjoy long weekends, play horse shoes, hike the Big Rock, look for blueberries and more, then Big Rock Camp is the place for you!"

I am local to the area, and is likely the only way I knew about the place. With that aside, I was pleased with our stay here. Campground was taken care of, and everything you need is easy to find. There are cabins and serviced/non-serviced camp sites available for rent. Prices are within reason when comparing other similar campground. The dock and boat storage area is in good shape and functional. Fishing was a tad bit slow, but that's fishing, not the lodge's fault. Being around the lake car apparently be a bit hazardous, but they had the path to the river well marked and provided a map. The owners were really great and very helpful. The atmosphere from the owners and fellow campers up there made the experience really pleasant. I really had nothing negayive to say. Its not new, is not "fancy". But it doesn't need to be.
We stayed here over July long weekend and while the fishing was only decent, the experience was great! We had booked 3 of the cabins there was about 13 of us, including some children. Cozy cabins with all the necessities and the screened in gazebos made it the best as we could sit outside and not get eaten alive by the mosquitos. Everyone was very friendly, the owners and the other campers who were there. Would definitely recommend coming here, we plan on going back next year!
We have been here several times over the last few years and enjoy our stay every time. Small campground with a beautiful lake view and friendly staff. They also have cabins, although we bring our camper to stay. Recommend as the fishing in area is great!

Complete and cozy cabins on the edge of a beautiful little lake nestled in the woods. Laundry and firewood available. Great place for boating and fishing. Groceries available a short drive away in neighboring town Gypsumville.
very kind of owner, he provide full gear for fishing. guide for fishing and boats could be rent. above average cottage condition vs price.
Great nice and quiet camp ground close to the lake and affordable rates they also have cabins with televison and wifi.
