Ive had my braces done here. Didn't like the results. They didn't teach me how to clean my teeth properly. Now I have gingivitis and my teeth look kind of forward now. Other than that the only thing I liked is that I payed with payments and didn't feel pressured on paying fast.

The receptionist Heather was extremely rude when I set the appointment. I almost hung up but I thought I'd give them a try anyways. She was rude when I went in, very snappy, and was insulted when I asked if she knew who I was supposed to speak with about the insurance. Apparently that was her job too. Everyone else was great and very professional. After the consultation, I went back to the front desk to see if I needed to schedule another appointment. She was very rude again and said she would call me as soon as she received the results. I never heard from her again.
