The manager, Anna, went above and beyond for us, even though we were doing a VERY simple project. We will definitely be returning customers
Anna was terrific and very helpful. Best part she was able to pull up our account from before so I did have to dig the old cans out from the garage! Excited to try the new Scuff X on the trim and baseboards as the kids & pets have worn them out.
Very helpful people especially when I was trying to match paint colours.
Thanks to Tsawwassen Paint and Decorating for helping us to pickup our order of ceiling paint. Pulled up to the store to read that they do orders by phone then will call you for pickup. They took my order from my cell phone call from my vehicle and were able to complete it quickly while we waited. Great idea for the work around.
The paint is good but they lady running the store is absolutely terrible to deal with. She will not allow you in store or answer the door without an appointment, not even for a quick question. When calling they will likely not answer and if you're lucky enough to have the phone picked up, you better know exactly what you want and not ask too many questions. Horrible service. I'm surprised this business still stays afloat.
Friendly and helpful staff. They work hard to make the customer happy and Teresa is very knowledgeable.
Very pleasant and accommodating.. thank you.
