39.99 gets You that 21 point inspection and part of that 21 Point inspection you get your tires rotated which were I'm from they only do that at the tire shop. They are very busy but when you are there being taken care of they take care of you very well. You have to call or come in to schedule and an appointment and as I said they're busy so you might have to wait a week or possibly not at all.
