Very helpful staff where I get most of the jewelry I buy, bought a tunsen ring 10 yr ago finger got too big and they helped get it off They are going to check if they can replace it at no cost.

Fantastic service, and got me the best bang for my buck in the style I was looking for. Will definitely continue buying here. I look forward to my girlfriends reaction.

As others have mentioned, don't try to get any warranty or repair service at Benn Moss. On my last attempt the staff was rude and overbearing. Won't be buying another piece of jewellery from Benn Moss and will actively discourage others from doing so.
