This is easily the most dangerous transit station in Edmonton, if you are here early morning or late at night you are very likely going to observe if not experience some degenerate nonsense.
Cool LRT station that is reminiscent of the grain silos that dotted the prairies for decades. Easy to access and use. Just finished a brand new large bus shelter. This is a great place to use. It’s well lit and clean for the most part. Right beside the station is a bus hub where you can catch multiple buses. To get you home. The other side there is a large parking lot with some free spots. Overall this is a well designed and maintained LRT station.
Good place for the park and ride, there are plenty of free spots, but they'll fill up by 8am on a weekday. Some paid spots too, be careful to avoid those as they do like to ticket.
No visible Security personnel seen while exiting a northbound train. Then passed three homeless people O/D'ing on the aboveground walkway not a one star because the LRT train was on time.
It's just not a nice place. Filled with not nice people.
