It is the OG, the Dr. Dre, the Snoop Dogg of craft beer in Ontario. Never missing a style, or creating their own.nnIt's taken me a long time to get here but oh my goodness it was worth the wait.nnIf you've drank Bellwoods beer, their food, restaurant vibe and their staff are an extension of it.nnTop level, refined, classic and innovative.nnEven if you don't like beer their non alcoholic beers are outstanding!nnFood is gold plate level. We had a kale salad that made me want to lick the plate and cheeses that were unique, local and outstanding and they matched well with most of the beers.nnGo, go, go. Give yourself some time and you'll see its the best waste of time you can have in Ossington.nnThank you Bellwoods, you made an old man very happy today.
Fun restaurant on Ossington with really good beer - Jutsu and Roman Candle are my favs.nnSmallish menu but a good variety of choices. Service was friendly and quick. Only downside is that it’s hard to get a seat because this restaurant is so popular.
Was excited to visit the Bellwoods Brewery and wasn't disappointed! Tried the famous sour beer and it was lovely and refreshing. The fries were lovely and chewy. I enjoyed sitting outside facing the street able to watch the world go by. Was really easy to meet my friend also as they could see me clearly! Clearly a very popular spot!
I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt I had to this time. This place is known for their fries, so I expected them to be great. Unfortunately, the portion I was served was very disappointing, it was all small scraps and leftover bits, not proper fries at all. The photo shows only half, but the entire portion looked the same. I ate some only because I was hungry. To be fair, the hamburger was juicy and good, but the fries were terrible. For a place that prides itself on fries, I expected much better.
We had an amazing experience at Bellwoods Brewery! It was the first time for my family from Winnipeg and it was a super positive experience. The beer was delicious Jelly Kings and burger special a good price and very tasty. Our waiter David brought it all to next level as he was attentive, offered lots of recommendations and made us feel st home and valued!
