We enjoyed Bella Soriah for our 20th wedding anniversary. They have a small but thorough wine list with something for all tastes. The cocktail list is classic while still being creative. The menu was overwhelming in all the right ways, it was impossible to make the decision, so we didn’t : Chef Tyler was kind enough to agree to choose our evening for us. We were not disappointed, all the dishes were amazing. I wish we would have been a table of 10 so we could have ordered one of everything. To top it all off the staff was welcoming, fun, and professional. I loved sitting where I could see everyone work. There is a lot of love and passion for food in this restaurant and it is tasted and enjoyed with every bite. I will definitely be coming back!
I came in when they were closing in 20 minutes and I was sorry to have them stay later than they need to and it was already almost 9 o’clock, but it was very delicious, super friendly waitress, who does speak Spanish if you need! Ha ha, great for a Spanish tapas bar. They whipped up our food quickly and I got to talk to the chefs and the owner. The food was delicious and definitely worth it! If you like tapas bars, this is a great place. I love supporting small new businesses and I pray they thrive! I love the colour of the walls also, teal! There is an outdoor seating area and their bathrooms are beautiful, with golden faucets! thank you for one of the most delicious dinners of my BC interior road trip!
It’s amazing to be able to find such a gem of a restaurant in a small town. We stayed at Halcyon hot springs for our 9th anniversary and despite the restaurant on site Alcedo being pretty good, this place was by far the biggest dining surprise of the entire trip. Do not pass up going to this restaurant if you are visiting. The dishes are delicious and beautifully presented and the portions are excellent for Spanish tapas. This is one restaurant you won’t leave feeling hungry.
Beyond amazing food, service, and vibes. Portions are generous & delicious, the staff are warm, and they treat you like a friend. Must try, indulge, and repeat!!
Heavenly, would visit Nakusp again just to eat there. We had a fantastic dinner and the service was flawless knowledgeable, friendly and rapid. My favourite dishes were the potato croquettes, shrimps the sauce was divine, tomato salad in-season tomatoes, fior di latte cheese and a hint of basil as well as the spicy meatballs. The beignet seemed to be made with dough from cream puffs, delightful. I paired my meal with a local rosé from Nakusp, thanks to our server offering us a small sample so we could decide if it was to our liking before ordering. What a find. Don’t miss it if you are going through Nakusp.

This is by far the best place to eat in Nakusp. The quality of food, the talent in the kitchen, the experienced servers in the front of the house just show a passion for cuisine and this industry. The wine list and appetizers and mains were superb. These guys are bringing a global standard of food quality to a quaint restaurant in a small town. This is a rare and surprising find in a town like this. Let’s support this local business! Absolutely Delicious Food and great service!
It was a pleasant surprise of discovering this recently opened restaurant in the peaceful town of Nakusp. We were greated by a friendly personal who accommodated us on a table outside. The food we ordered was amazingly tasty and the presentation spotless. Drinks were in big variety to choose from and for me personally the IPA selection was just perfect. We ended our dinner with carefully crafted deserts, chatting few words with the chef and our server, who was a pleasant person. Highly recommended place for anyone passing through town.
Tonight was my fist time eating at Bella Soriah and it will most definitely not be the last. The decor is lovely, the food spectacular and the staff friendly and attentive. I have to say that this was the best by far dining experience I have had in years. Thank you for such an outstanding meal and experience!!
I went with a group of girlfriends and we were all blown away by our experience there. The food was exceptional! We travel a lot together and have tried many different restaurants and this was by far one of the best yet. Highly recommend this place to anyone.
