Could not have been more helpful, I spoke with Nicole and she was nothing less than completely professional, she patiently explained all aspects of the the phone and the plan and gave me some great money saving advice, did I mention it was 30 min past closing? absolutely never felt rushed. There was a young gentleman behind the counter with her and he was helping another customer with the same patience and professionalism, I was very impressed. I will defiantly be dealing with them in the future and sending people I know to them. Great Job and thank you.

This girl is a lifesaver:) She must have been the manager. She was amazing in a very busy time on the Saturday morning following Black Friday! She not only handled my third party stolen business phone needing immediate replacement problem, but juggled helping out her 3 co-workers beside her, all at the same time, without missing a beat!! So friendly that I felt right at home, yet totally professional and proficient! Her co-workers were patient and knowledgeable as well. I highly recommend this Bell store:) These people have a lot to know and navigate and I'm so glad when I'm in good hands so I don't have to:)

After reading other reviews I was worried heading to this location to pick up my free upgrade. The customer service from Shannon was terrible, she seemed to be in a bad mood when I walked in and it came across in her tone and attitude. They wanted to charge a $30.00 restocking fee with my 15 activation fee ($45.00 to pick up my free phone...) I called bell from my cell in the store and they said I do not have to pay the $30 but Shannon said they wouldn't give me the phone without paying it so I went to the source ( the guy on the phone from bell told me to leave!)where I got it for $15.00 activation fee only. Don't go to this location they would rather make a quick buck off you than turn you into a return customer. It's worth mentioning I'm always super friendly with any service staff, I find it's better to be polite than grumpy, clearly that approach failed!

Called for information on a promotion and was snobbishly told yes, all stores have this and then rudely hung up on. Great service!
