5 Stars – Great Place for Evening Swimming!nnI really enjoy bringing my son here for evening swimming — the facility at UPEI is always warm, welcoming, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The pool is clean and well-organized, and it’s a great spot for kids to train and relax after school.nOne small suggestion would be to improve the hygiene and upkeep in the changing rooms, especially during busy hours.nOverall, a wonderful place for families. We’ll definitely keep coming back! ‍
Nice pool but there’s virtually no swimming options for people who aren’t kids doing swimming lesson. They should definitely have more hours for lap swimming for the average person/public, even when it says 2 lane online in person it’s only one. They should be more public swim as well.
If you're traveling around the area and need a great and fully accessible place to shower, this is it. I paid $6.50 and could have used the pool too for the entire day I just wanted a place to shower after camping.
I was in Charlottetown for the month of February and got a pass for all programs held in the pools during the weekdays for only $38.nAquafit was awesome.
I’m extremely disappointed with how Bell Aliant has handled my son’s participation in the day camp. He was enrolled last summer and again this year. I understand he may have been older than some of the other kids, but the program accepts children up to age 12—my son is just over 11.nnThere was no prior communication indicating that his age or size would be an issue. What’s more concerning is that my account was logged out without my consent, and I received a call the next day informing me that he was suspended for the following week—and for the rest of the year.nnThis is not how these situations should be handled. At the very least, I expect a formal, written explanation outlining the reason for the suspension. That’s basic accountability, and I have every right to review and address it from my end.
