Amazing friendly and highly knowledgeable people. They diagnosed the issues with my E-trike, gave advice, took the time to explain what was fixed and made sure everything was in order. A+++ for support and service. I highly recommend.
Sent me a box with a trike, and a trash bag full of nuts and bolts, without a basic parts list, or the "factory assembly instructions" mentioned on their own website. Getting ahold of them is near impossible. Best avoided.

Fast & reliable service
If i could give a zero star I would. They sold me a defective trike, and refused to fix it or full refund. They called me a liar, even after I sent back the defective control box to be tested. They even agreed it was defective, yet still tried to get more money out of me. Avoid them.
