Was there to talk to Carmen about a wedding and did a tasting with Chrissie in the tasting room. Carmen is a ball of energy, so organized, so thorough and so sweet. Chrissie was very knowledgeable and warm. Even if we don't have our wedding at the castle we will be going back for a holiday.

My wife and I enjoyed the breakfast buffet here with a fantastic view of the like. The server was very courteous, and was very helpful in finding a caffeine free tea option upon request. The setting is really quite something; the woodwork in the castle is beautiful.

My wife and I went here for our 1 year anniversary. Ate a great dinner and bought a couple of bottles of wine from the gift shop. Went to our rooms to enjoy the hot tub and drink the wine we bought. We tried to lite the fireplace to set the mood, but it wasn't working. Called the front desk where we spoke to Chris who told us he would be right up to lite it after he checked a guest in. We waited an hour and I called the front desk again where Chris gave me the excuse that he was going to be right up once his partner arrived. Needless to say he never showed up and by then the mood was completely killed. We told the lady at the front desk in the morning when we went to check out where she assured us that she was going talk to Chris about it. I'm sure Chris is really going to learn his lesson after getting lectured(sarcasm). Between the rooms, the overpriced wine, and the way over priced dinner we dropped over 600 dollars for one night here you would think we could get our fireplace lit. This is a lesson learned and we will not be coming back.

Great food and service at the bar. The 2015 Chard was Great!! A cheep and cheery time with a great view of the lake.....

Service was excellent. The lunch was delicious. Tables are all for four except one so it was less than great to share two small ones but we survived. They were out of craft beers too.
