I love the Glow bowl. Yum yum!! I haven't gone to any of their yoga classes. But the place looks relaxing and clean.

Seriously delicious coffee. Friendly chill & spiritual vibe. A lot of healthy food options. Wish I could stay for the yoga sessions, the studio looks amazing!

So good we had to go back twice and would eat every morning if I could!. The food was amazing, great coffee and lovely lady! So much choice of flavours and toppings. Would highly recommend for a lovely Acai bowl or smoothie!

The best. Just amazing atmosphere, delicious smoothies with a great variety of delicious yet healthy toppings. I could spend every day here if I lived in Montréal.

Delicious smoothies and bowls. Nice space. Great coffee. Sustainable efforts are obvious and also offers a variety of healthy and vegan options. So happy I found this little gem.

Awesome cute little place! The barista Lisa took the time to explain each drink and in the end I got exactly what I needed! Quality, cleanliness, taste and service were great and I would recommend to anyone passing by on st Laurent.

This place has amazing coffee but even better service. I remember having the best conversation with the woman working the front about what drove her passion for yoga, and she inspired me to get back into it.

Don't know about the Yoga part, but the espressos are excellent!
