The area is great, it’s super close to the beach, but the motel is awful. First off, my family and I had no air conditioning which meant incredibly humid and hot nights. I wasn’t able to sleep due to how hot it was. All we were given was a single fan, and when we asked for another, we never ended up getting a second one. Secondly, the air circulation in that room was horrible. And the bathrooms lacked an exhaust fan, so if it smelled in there, the whole motel room stank. Room service was just non existent as well. Also, the mattresses were uncomfortable and left sleepless nights for my family and I. Mind you, we paid over 900 dollars just for 3 nights and it’s only that expensive due to how close it is to the beach. I don’t think all the troubles listed above is worth it just for the easy access to the beach.
My wife and I stayed for a week in July. Tilly was the best host. The accommodations were excellent and clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for walking to all amenities at Sauble Beach. We will definitely be coming back.
One of my favorate places to rent when up in Sauble Beach. Highly recommend. Staff is super helpful and friendly. Super close to the beach and close to all amenities.

Excellent spot for a family vacation. It's a 5min walk to the beach and because it's it the top of the main street, it's easy to get in and out with minimal traffic. The cottages are in good shape and well maintained with plenty of room for a family of 4. Tilly was an absolute Rockstar and very accommodating when we needed something. We will definitely be booking again in the future!!!
