Been using them for 20+ years. Started out they were smaller company and took care of us really good 5 stars, but last several years been going down hill. As they've expanded I've been put on the back burner and done barely on time...no last few years have been very disappointed. Last year they filed an extension on our return and went on VACATION!!!! We didn't get our refund until OCTOBER!!!! This year filed an extension again, she said they were done but she needed to just go through and double check a few things. and 2 days later came down with COVID.... Still don't have my taxes....talked to her Thursday last week, she said as soon as she hangs up with me she was gonna get me and my 2 childrens taxes done and it is now Tuesday the next week and still not done, called today and she gone next 2 days for meetings!!!! My kids are simple ones.... Could have gone to Walmart and they'd have their money by now... Thinking I need to start researching for someone new for next year...
This place is ridiculous, I highly suggest finding a different tax specialist! I’ve used this company for the last three years and every year they’ve increase the price on me without disclosing it. They charged me $190 to file a single W-2 with no other paperwork! When I brought up this grievance to them they replied with a snarky remark.
