They have an on-site psychiatrist who you can talk to about side effects of you medication as well as mental health symptoms. The case manager's there micro manage the lives of their clients. I can see where it would be helpful for low functioning clients but I've seen higher function clients regress due to a lack of independence and having someone to control everything

I AM IN COMPLETE DISGUST OF THIS PLACE.  DO NOT COME HERE. THIS FACILITY IS A JOKE AND THE STAFF (Wicked witch of the west and the wicked witch of the east) BEHIND THE COUNTER ARE THE MOST RUDE AND  MINDED STAFF IVE EVER MET.  THEY SERIOUSLY HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO REGARD FOR THE PATIENTS AND THEIR MENTAL HEALTH NEEDS.  THEY NEED TO BE REPLACED WITH PEOPLE WHO VAN ACTUALLY DO THE JOB AND ALSO BE NICE TO PATIENTS. IT IS NOT THAT FLIPPING HARD TO BE NICE. INSTEAD THEY ARE SNIPPY, PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE, PRUDE, RACIST, AND CLEARLY DENSE MINDED WITCHES. DO NOT GET SERVICES HERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT ENTIRELY OR HAVE TO END UP GETTING SERVICES SOMEWHERE ELSE BECAUSE I GUESS THEY ARE JUST TOO DAMN BUSY TO DO THE RIGHT THING TO HELP PATIENTS. DONT LET THEM MAKE STATEMENTS TO CALL YOU BACK EITHER BECAUSE THAT WONT HAPPEN. MY COUNSELOR SAID THAT A WEEK AND A HALF AGO, IVE EVEN CALLED HER BACK A COUPLE TIMES FOR HER TO TELL ME AGAIN SHE WILL CALL ME BACK.  I STILL HAVE YET TO HEAR FROM HER.  NO JOKE, I HAVE GOTTEN BETTER SERVICES INSIDE A BATHROOM. SERIOUSLY DONT WASTE YOU'RE TIME ON THIS PATHETIC EXCUSE OF "BEHAVIORAL HEALTH RESOURCES". NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES WITH ANY IF THE OTHER 'BHR' FACILITY.  NOW I HAVE TI WAIT TO HAVE THEN RELEASE ME SO I CAN GET SERVICES SOMEWHERE ELSE. THANKS SO MUCH FOR THE HELP.
