Did a delivery order. Asked for sausage and pepperoni; got sausage. Pizza was not freshly cooked. Crust hard, pizza not hot, not even warm. The Winfield store is less than 4 miles from the delivery address. Traditional BBQ wings were good.
Ordered half a BBQ chicken and 1/2 meaty received 1/2 cheese pizza and 1/2 sausage with one piece of pepperoni. Server was rude taking the order, looks like she hates her job and was firm and rude when we explained the mistake. Receipt says Teresa and if it’s the right person she didn’t care not one bit. Zero customer service skill.
There was an issue with the delivery of my food. It was erroneously delivered to an old address on file. The manager, Garrett I believe, went above and beyond to correct the mistake and also made me want to be a return customer. The food was fantastic and his quick response and resolution of the issue was top notch!!
The food is fine most of the time but they forget items from your order consistently.
Really small eat in area but the two guys working were super nice and friendly. Good for and reasonably priced.

Ordered a pizza. It was ok. I dont know if you have to order sauce but the pizza had very little around edges. With no sauce It had no taste, I thought I had covid and lost my sense of taste. For $26 I will not go back. Over priced.
Excellent pizza and that’s coming from somebody that grew up in Northwest suburbs of Chicago. Great service and excellent quality food for just a little takeout/delivery joint. Perfect for delivery to the office or at home. They pile on the toppings so come hungry!!
The food is good. The service is very poor at times. Several times in the last year my pizza was a half hour or more late for pickup for various reasons delivery driver took for delivery to another address is most common reason. The ONLY reason they get two stars instead of one if because they make a solid pizza.
Food is always good, service on the other hand lacks a lot. Ordered apps and was put in " hot box " for pick up. Had to go in and ask about it even after saying where we were sitting. Ordered sandwiches and fries. Simple! Fries came 10 minutes before sandwiches. Need to get their staff together.
