We had a lovely experience at the opening of the new Calgary Farmer’s Market location until we stopped to buy honey. My son who is learning to read was reading the labels to choose a jar of honey, was being respectful and not taking anything off the shelf. But he did touch a jar. The very rude man told me off for letting my kids “handle the honey”.They are customers too, and we’re not damaging anything. I put my jar of honey back and left as the rude salesperson called after me “my pleasure”. There are many great honey providers in the city, and I suggest you take your money elsewhere.

Will not be shopping here again- very rude staff. Made an error & was about to offer to buy All the samplers I had disturbedabout 4 packs in order to see what I was buying- but didn't do so as this staff member went on incecessantly about it!! Too bad as I would have given them out to friends & family to try, and in doing so maybe increased sales....

Bought their honey. To me tastes like the same honey I buy from Superstore or Walmart normal section but triple the price, and way worse than their Organic honey. Do not recommend at all.

The customer service is terrible! Please don’t let me bother you from getting up from behind the counter to ask your customers if they need assistance or answer questions. The most unfriendly service ever!
