Beef-N-Barrel Restaurant

We had oddball menu choices - I had the pork porterhouse and my date had liver & onions. Both were good. Nice family atmosphere. Good service. Martini was strong, good. It was presented differently. I poured the gin in to the glass myself. I was sad only one olive. 😕 I really wanted that lovely thinly sliced beef, but my body can't take beef right now.

Whenever we are passing through Olean the Beef-N-batter is a must stop place. The beef is so delicious ,as is their German potato salad. The place has beautiful decor and the workers are all very friendly and helpful. If you love beef you will not be disappointed. They also have things other than beef on the menu but I can't imagine going there and not having their beef. The beef and their awesome rye rolls is what they are known for.

Excellent food and service. Prices were resonants for the quality and size of lunch. I will be back! Host seemed to know everyone. Ambiance is a country style without being over bearing. Only complaint and the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the back parking lot has a step between parking rows and is difficult to see. Low profile cars will have issues if they go over it.

Plenty of parking in back, spacious interior. Large menu of delicious food. Outstanding beef dinners. Attentive staff most times. Not cheap.

The people that work there are, really friendly I go in there a, few times a week. There good is awesome and the prices are great. I hope more people go in and try it. Love this place quick service
