Would not use this company if they were the last one on earth !!!!!!! Had a washer from Whirlpool brand new , and clothes were wet after cycle was done , this company could not fix it for the life of them , 3 visits later ,they basically just told whirlpool some story that the washer was fine , and then got stuck with a brand new washer that did not work , fortunately for me called a company Earl Austin and they fixed it first visit !!!!!!!!

Quick and tidy service. My washer's drain pump died a horrible death. Al from Beecroft's had it up and running in two days, even with having to order the part, and left my laundry room spotless - even took the packaging away with him. I'm a very satisfied customer!

honestly if i am able to give this company -10 stars i will.they are completely clueless in refrigerator repairs,even after a 'diagnosis' and changing 3 major parts,they could not get the refrigerator running.i blame whirlpool please DO NOT use this company,

I had a great experience came and fixed our leak fridge quickly and hasn't leaked again that was between 5-10 years ago. Will use service again and have recommended to others as well.

I will never use this company ever again,Feb 2015 my husband and i bought a brand new fridge from GE and two days later we had to put in a service call due to weird grinding noises well this company was sent out the tech could not find the noise so he proceeded to turn the thermostat on and off quite a few times trying to get the fridge to make the noise well in doing so the tech left the thermostat off so all my$150 of food was thawed and had to be tossed out when i contacted the company right away they took no blame and insisted their tech did not leave the thermostat off (seriously we just bought the groceries for the new fridge) we did not turn it off but got blamed for it,So i contacted GE and filed a food loss incident to which they investigated and sent me a replacement cheque for my loss kudos to GE,something a reputable company would do I made it very clear to GE that this company is to NEVER be sent to my home for any future repairs,Not a company I\d ever do business with just remember Good News travels fast...But Bad news travels faster
