March 2018. Cnat select a zero star. My wife selected a mattress online, paid $300. Realizing an incorrect email, she attempted to contact Bedzzz Plus for a correction. Answering service stated a return in 48hrs. With no call back, we attended the store to see it is CLOSED with a Realtors key lock box on the door handle, store EMPTY and gone. Bank confirmed payment is in limbo. No other store contact numbers available. I WANT ANSWERS AND FAST!!

One tends to think that only the well-known stores will have the best prices. Not so. Bedzzz Plus had the best price, and the customer service was excellent. We're so glad we decided to shop locally.

Brought a tempurdic mattress and box in July 2016 from the Bradford location and found that the mattress really not living up to the advertising. Took a look at the Tempurdic website and discovered that BedZZZ Retailer sold us a box spring rather than the solid wood box that is recommended for proper support and warranty. Went back to discuss with the Retailer and they admitted that the box spring is wrong for the Tempurdic however expected us to pay for the wood box that they should have sold us in the first place. Will purchase elsewhere rather than give this company more money for their mistake. Would have not have given Bedzzz a star but goggle doesn't seem to allow you to post with out at least 1 star.

My wife and I came to the store to do price matching, and we left having ordered a mattress and 'Beaudoin Jupiter' bed frame with storage space (good Canadian made quality). Great deal, and great customer service. It was worth it for us to order from them, and use a trailer to take it back to our home in Burlington.
