had such a nice experience here the other day!! sooo nice and welcoming, they offered me tea right away and made sure i was super comfortable. my nail tech was a bit nervous she wouldn’t be able to accomplish the design i wanted but she did an amazing job!! a bit of a trip from north van but absolutely worth it for special occasions, will definitely be coming back :Services: Spa services

They do a PHENOMENAL job here by taking small details into consideration. My nails still look great 16 days later see pic. For shellac, they alternate painting single nails on one hand at a time so that each coat dries before the next, which makes the edges stay down. Highly recommend!

I loved my first visit to this salon and will definitely be back! My nails turned out exactly like what I wanted. It was quick. Price was decent. And drinks and snacks were offered, too.

I just moved to Vancouver and have been looking for a new nail salon. I tried bedazzle for the first time and got a pedicure. I was so pleased with the whole experience the staff was very polite and accommodating. The best part was how much time and attention that was given to ensure every detail of my pedicure was perfect. When applying the nail polish, another brush was used to fix any imperfections. I came on a Saturday presumably busy but was treated like I was the only customer in the salon by the person who was doing my pedicure. I will definitely be returning for more pedicures and other nail related services and no longer need to search for a nail salon in the Vancouver area.Service: Pedicure

Great nail spot, easy to book in, good service, great pedicures, lots of colours to choose from and they offer drinks well you get any service. Massage Chairs, and friendly staff. Lots of parking on the street. They take their time and give a good foot massage and check in to make sure your happy.

Tried this salon today as my typical place was becoming less consistent. I was very happy with my experience. Welcomed right in, spectacular customer service offered drinks and candies, and great attention to detail on my pedicure. I have found my new local spot!Service: Pedicure

I’ve been coming to Bedazzle for a few months now, and every single gel manicure I’ve gotten has been nothing short of AMAZING. Not once have my nails chipped after weeks of wear and their incredible quality with great prices are incomparable honestly. They are all lovely, talented people!Service: Gel manicures

Something about this place changed regarding customer service. I was appalled by my experience last Wednesday. I made a reservation for a mani & pedi two days prior and showed up for my booking slot right on-time. I was asked what I wanted when I arrived, and I told them I have an appointment. I was told to sit down and 5 minutes after, told that I have to wait a short time. A lady showed up after me to get her manicure done and they saw her first. It was so confusing why this was the case - Maybe she had an appointment before me, but they were not communicating well with their customers. Then the owner kept telling me to wait, and it wouldn't be long. They eventually took me in 20 minutes later and the nail technician had to ask me again what services I wanted. It sounds like a possible miscommunication happened. Then the nail technician applied the acetone to remove my shrllac polish but left it during for at least 15?!! minutes - based on the fact that the polish and top layer of my nail came off, it was left on way too long! In the meantime the technician was cleaning all the pedi tubs. In the end, it took 3 hours for me to have shellac mani & pedi!! I thought the point of shellac is so that you don't have to wait forever to get your nails done, and the same for making a reservation. Mostly, this is a criticism of the management. No one seems to be communicating about the order of appointments. If my suspicion is not true, then they are seeing way too many people in one day. The girls don't have a chance to have lunch and are constantly keeping up with the extreme workflow. As much as their jobs are flawless, I think it's worth shopping around.
